Back In Sweden!

Post by Knycklo »

Hello! It's been a long time since I wrote something in this forum, but this time I really have a good reason:

I just want to say THANK you to all the nice people who made BIT Live possible - especially Chris Abbott! It was an amazing show, and Makke's hosting of course made me proud. ;)

ComputeHer's music really got to me (I even bought one of her cool shaped cd's), the whole bunch of 8-bit weapon kicked ass, and of course all of the others did an extraordinary show! Reyn was just as talented and cool as I'd seen clips of, and it also was cool see and, afterwards, talking to Makke's old idol Jeroen Tel! :)

I also really enjoyed the evening before the show, when a lot of nice people met up at Lucas Arms. It's always fun meeting new and old friends, to chat and have one (or many!) pints of beer. ;)

Me and Makke are about to upload some of the picture we took during the weekend. We'll let you know when and where!

Hope to see you in Gothenburg later this summer!

:)

And great to meet you and Sara too, of course. I'm actually really pleased that the pic I took of Sara with her flowers in her hair turned out well - let me know if you'd like the full sized version.
Nice meeting you too, Waz! :) I've seen that picture: it's nice! :)
Me and Makke are about to upload some of our own photos soon. :)

I also would like to suggest scrolling LED text with peoples names to be worn somehow :)

For me it takes about 3 events to begin recognising people! the IRC/forum chatters and the remixers are the ones I never recognise, I have to stand near people and try and listen in to pick up their name!

I'm going to try to make the sweden gathering if only to meet everyone in a quiet environment!

Unfortunately, the quality isn't all that good, but at least it's possible to hear some of it all... ;)

Right...

What can you say?

This was just mind-blowing! Such an awesome event, it is just impossible to describe! So good to meet all old friends again, and get to know a few new ones! And the live acts were just sooo awesome! Thank you very much to all of you who performed! Absolutely brilliant!

The only thing, as usual with these things, is that you simply don't have enough time to talk to everybody!

However, I did have time to talk to a few of you, of which I'm glad!

Thank you Chris for yet another successful event! *humble bow*
