Mordi - Flip flop

Post by Mordi »

Didn't know what to call it. It's an... acid-funk-retro-chip-hop tune maybe? Maybe I should have called it that instead.

(Notice the dazzling whistle-solo near the end. )

I love 00:49-01:31 :worship: I love that style and sound. Can you make a 30 minute version of that? :D

I've been teaching myself to do 3D Renders, and this tune was a good inspiration to try something new.
I got permission from Mordi to show it to you guys.

I'm currently using Carrara 6 Pro (latest version is 8) which has a particle system, which
is how the liquid effect is achieved. This took 6 hours to render using 5 PC's I've built a render
farm for myself to make my renders go faster.

6 hours is pretty good time for something like that. I've been trying my hand at the particle/fluid simulation in Houdini. Cool stuff.

cheers.
