I'm sure there was a C64 game or visual effects program, which had Tubular Bells as the music.

I suggested to SID'80s that we could legitimately do TB's as it's a C64 game, just in case we ran out of material. They didn't fall for the idea though.... :?

The reason that we did that, and why we put part of IK into Way of the Exploding Fist, is that we innitially chose tunes which would be relatively easy to play. WOTEF lasts around 20 seconds, and Paperboy just moves around 2 chords. Now, we knew that the number of live artists was smaller than origi...

Best moments for me. Gary Liddon buying me a drink, and Mark Stacey commenting I could get them, er, "cheaply", haha, sorry Gazza. Er, oh dear, Garry, again, getting Mr. Bo Selector to say such things as "Sex Wee". Andreas playing (easily) something he moaned that he couldn't pl...

I am so so desperate to hear how Monty actually sounded (the on stage sound was so poor, I'm amazed the band managed to play it - not the fault of the sound engineers, who did a sterling job with their PA, just the way things go after an evening's worth of music).

Can anyone help?

It's certainly something we could talk about more. My personal views are... if SID80's continues, it SHOULD NOT tread on PPOT's toes. So, they tend to rock things up a lot. SID80's tended to play more groove than rock. Not my choice, but that's what happened (easier to do with hardly any rehersal). ...

Hiya Larsec, nice to meet you and your fluffy toy at bitlive, I was the one getting you to say "thank you please" and "sex wee" :) Oh how I would have loved to have heard that! I think I would have nearly pissed myself! It was soooo funny. Poor guy! I've got to record some...

Think Chris is right though, really good idea to keep it within a reasonable distance from Stanstead and Gatwick, as these are the two airports used my EasyJet. Sure, you can get flights then up to Manchester, but that then adds to the cost for everyone attending. Maybe we'll have the next one in my...

Hehe, thanks. Twas fun. Just thought, well, it's going to sound roughly the same, lets make it look a tad different... :) There are a couple of approaches to sort out the HD problem. The main thing is, it will take A LOT of time to get right. Hopefully, it will get sorted. I'm desperate to hear what...
