There is a great lack of C64 and Amiga remixes on Overclocked since the majority of mixers (And listeners) are american, where these platforms weren't popular at all. I always try to introduce them to the wonderful world of SID though, by adding C64 elements to many of my console remixes.

I'm not entirely sure what to think of this. The remix is a little flat as Matrix said, we've all heard it before several times (But who am I to say such things? :P). The main problem is that you need a better concept for a remix. Listen to the ones already on the site, compare it, and try to think ...

He has plenty of mixes from plenty of games, probably the most diverse remixer out there. Nice to see someone covering the excellent Command & Conquer music too.

I don't like Modplug Tracker.

I just use Fruity Loops. It's a very flexible program, if you know what you're doing it's just fine for mastering. Sometimes I use external stuff, mostly the freeware plugin Classic Limiter.
