Sure you can get it on cd (and so did 1.4 million people) :-) That was a big seller especially in Denmark, Sweden, France, Belgium and Australia. It's from 1998 so it'll be real hard finding it today, though. Thanks! Looks like I can still find a few used copies of the album and the single on Amazo...

Re: C64/Retro Concert/Rob/Jeroen Tel on Danish Radio

(Just to set the record straight, I'm Danish not Swedish and the group name is SOAP with This Is How We Party, and not BABE as Jeroen says, heh heh). Okay, how can I listen to this wonderful great hit that Jeroen has been boasting about, too? Is it available on a CD, as an MP3 or something? Persona...

Lazy Jones and the Chicago Bulls

Hi and Merry Xmas to all! I may have mentioned this before, so I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself, but I find it so funny whenever I hear it, it just cracks me up. The Chicago Bulls NBA basketball team is playing a short clip of "Kernkraft 400" by Zombie Nation at the tipoff of every home g...

Ahh, yeah, silly me - that's what I should've done with my own "symphonic" remix of Spellbound: just call it a new genre!... :P

First of all, Tas, my apologies if you found my "smoking" comment insulting, that was not my intention at all, of course. I used the expression not in the literal sense. Also, tolerating opinions is a two-way road: it also means people should tolerate opinions of their opinions. :) (Which ...

All those people who voted "outstanding" for this remix on RKO should stand up and explain their vote to me. Or at least they should listen to ONE symphonic piece played by a REAL orchestra before casting their vote. No offense, Miguel, I think the arrangement is spot on, but at some point...

Wanted: surround SID remix

After listening to Jarre's " Aero " and Bjorn Lynne's " Soothe " I thought: why not have a SID remix in 5.1 surround? These days programs like Cakewalk Sonar 4 Producer Edition have built-in surround editing capabilities. You don't even have to have expensive Dolby or DTS encoder...

As long as we're splitting hair...

Looking at the playlist, I would've finished the night with PPOT. I think in this concert they were the "main act", the rest were "supporting bands" (as good as they were). It was a bit anticlimactic to end with SID80s.

Well, I'd really appreciate a copy. I wouldn't want it for anything else but personal enjoyment, either. Chris knows very well that I'll buy the DVD, regardless. I think I bought everything else from the C64audio shop. :) Besides, the audio feed was pretty low quality. I just want to hear the rest, ...

BIT Live 2004 rocked - even over the airs

Well, it's really unfortunate that I couldn't go to BIT Live this year. Last year's mad weekend dash from Las Vegas to Brighton and back in just 3.5 days was a bit too tiring for me (and I was back at work the next day!), not to mention that this year my vacation time is going to be used up for some...

Recording of BIT Live 2004 live feed?

Did anybody record the live Slaygon radio feed from BIT Live 2004? I missed the first half of it.

I know it's gonna be on DVD, too, but it'd be nice to have the raw live performance.

N-Joy's Stormlord

I am waaaay behind with listening to C64 remixes (I have RKO downloads in my queue dating back to April 2003!), but today I did a quick "spot-check" of some remixes and I found this: N-Joy's Stormlord remix. It is TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! Now, do the lyrics mean anything in Italian, or is it ju...

Did they cut between us and the video-screen in the back? We haven't seen the live-feed yet.. We did use quite some time on the (new) background videos :) Yes, they did show the video screen a generous amount of times. Again, all I can say is that the director of the broadcast did a superb job. Oh,...
