Re: Fatal server crash

Damn, LaLa, it WAS you!! :bash:

Anyways, Western Digital is mostly crap. They are noisy and they crash a lot. Get a Seagate (Barracuda) instead. Reliable and quiet.

Re: I can't help but smile right now..

I'll use this thread instead of starting another football thread. Anyone from Belgium here? Our team, Brann, drew Club Brugge in the UEFA cup today. Looking forward to the matches. I am glad we didn't drew Bayern Munchen, they would have slaughtered us. We should have a fair chance of beating Brugge...

Couldn't agree more. The game and the music was a perfect match.

It’s very similar to the Spectrum book layout, except that there is more text per page here. When the page is printed out as a colour accurate proof, it seems to me to be very easy to read, but I will take another look and see if there are some tweaks that I can do. I haven't seen that book,...

You're both right and I'm sorry, I could have given a better explanation. I'll give it a try here. First of all the pages needs more air. The line-height is too small and the text is too close to the pictures (and the pictures "subtext"). Add that to the very wide coloumns (if it was up to...

Not to be rude or anything, but I haven't seen a book design worse than this in a long long time. Though the content may be nice enough, I think you/they should spend some more time on presentation before trying to sell it.

I LOVE that guy's voice. He's like Morten Harket for Y2K! 8) Yeah, he's quite pleasant listening to. However, my favourite of the Bergen-based bands has to be Ralph Myerz & the Jack Herren Band. Great electronica with lots of energy. I've never seen them live, but I've been told that on the sce...

The one XO linked to is the original version. Royksopp (Røyksopp - not really a word, just two words put together that would translate to something like smoke/smoked/smoking mushroom) are two guys from Tromsø, Norway. They moved to Bergen (my city) because of the music community we got here, a...

I'm not usually into nature photos, but I had to give this one a try. A very strange mood outside my house one day in December 2006, so I went out with my mobile phone camera. The area with the burned out sun makes it almost look like the forest is on fire. http://25-3.com/assets/images/tull/DSC0012...

A local band, Ralph Myerz & The Jack Herren Band with the album Sharp Knives & Loaded Guns. You don't get better electronica than them.
