In fact Amiga music does not say me much anymore... the real nostalgica for me was on the C64, before I started doing music myself... Rob and the others of that time was the main driving force for my interest back then, så when I switched to AMIGA I started dabbling with music myself... and it ca...

Sure! .... whom is it that you know!? :) ... It's been a while since I've talked with anyone from that group except Mellica who is now my sisters husband... and Gore, who is in fact his brother.

Hi again Chris! :) Just want to make sure that you understand, that I was not thinking that you thought of me as a "greedy" person because of what you wrote in your reply... it was just in general that I replied as I did, so that everyone reading this, willl know for sure MY motives for re...

Oh, and to you Chris: I don't understand why Rasputin would be allowed?... It holds nothing but small riffs from a lot of russian folk music according to the stills!?... Is this because russian folk music has no copyrights!? Anyways, what are we honoring on the C64 remix scene!? ... the music artist...

Hi again guys! :D Well.... guess I'll just go and ask Tarzan himself then! :P I'll stick with the Tarzan remix! ... don't worry Kenz! ... Sometimes I just find the line between stealing and inspiration in music bussiness quite confusing! :? ... Those melodies from the C64 just happen to be th...

Hmmm..... thanx Chris! :( ... maybe I should just forget about it... a bit of a shame, since I've got quite a stirr from friends about this one, saying it's a darn good one.... but hey! maybe I will just finish it, and put a link to it from here... Afterall, I heard the theme from Hubbard the first ...

Thanx Boz! .... well, now I'm just more curious, as if this remix would be ditched! :? ... It's nothing like the 70's or hubbard's version... just the melodyline used in a rather trancey tune actually.... HEY! any of you judges at RKO!!!??? would such a remix get ditched!? :)

Regards, Razmo.

And by the way!

Anybody know where I can find a sample of that famous Tarzan Yell from the 60's movie!? .. I've found one in lousy 11Khz, which sounds... well.... CHEASY! :P ... just GOT to have that yell there! 8)

Hey! help me out ok!? :O)

Hi Everyone! :) I'm currently doing a remix of Rob Hubbards Tarzan, and then i believe that I read in the "Stills", that it is just a port of the original theme from the movie... Am I correct in this? ... The reason I'm asking is, that the RKO states that remixes of tunes that are in thems...

Very nice editorial indeed! Really made me wan't to be an amateur! :D It reminds me about the countless statements from my friends and others about the quality of my music. When ever I try to make a piece of music to please the crowd (read: commercial) the result is always poorer than when I make mu...

Hi guys! Well.... better late than never! :D Guess most of you already know, that I founded Kefrens back in the early 90's. I still use my handle from that time (Razmo). I was a coder, graphics drawer and musician on the Amiga, and also did some code/Graphics on the C64 earlier which unfortunately n...

Hi!

If anyone is looking for a good soundcard with kick-ass converters, then go for E-mu's new 1820m ... Just got it, and it rocks like hell! (120db converters on there... the ones used on Pro-tools converter boxes, and it records in 192Khz too! :O)

Hi there! Yes! ... Music is an art, and art is always based on your personal taste... PERIOD! :O) Just take a look at the reviews on my Terra Cresta remix. Two well respected remixers reviewed that tune, and they stand in contrast as fire and water! I find it really nice to hear both possitive and n...

Thanx Chris! :O) I'll see if it comes in handy for me. The biggest prob. with this sound is that it gives me such a great sensation of mutating cells multiplying (just close your eyes and imagine). I've tried recreating that sound with both a Korg Z1, Korg DW8000, Oberheim Matrix-1000 and a Waldorf ...
