I doubt I'll take the time to see it. The Max Payne-games are among my absolute favourits of this decade, and I don't want the magic ruined.
I think I'll stick to the games.

New DILL tracks
My band Dill (who're playing at Debaser in Malmö this coming Tuesday, if you're around and feel like showing up ;) ) have just recorded an EP. Five songs in 18 hours, which is pretty fast work imo. The tracks can be heard on our blog (yeah, no real website yet) and are still pretty rough. All track...

Re: The most dreadful album(s) you ever heard
Hey, Makke! Big fan here. Cheers! :) I'm just shocked that they'd have a bunch of kids sing "Milkshake". That reminds me of an album I heard called Kids Will Rock You, which is just what it sounds like, kids singing classic rock songs. It's very weird hearing a bunch of seven year olds go...

The most dreadful album(s) you ever heard
When I don't have anything better to do, which is amazingly often, I tend to look up cover versions of songs from my favourit artists on Spotify. This way I sometimes find new and exciting take ons of songs, and also find a new good artist or two I'd never heard of before. But as an added bonus, I a...

Re: What is your big goal for 2009 ??!!
Seems like most of you had a shitty 2008. My 2008 was a bit of an off year when it comes to my own, "solo" production of music, and my activity in this very community. But in every other aspect, 2008 was a good and quite memorable year. For 2009 I've promised myself two things: 1. I won't ...

Re: RetroVision - Scene Talk with Tristar Members on 01-03 20:00
*Points at topic*
So you decided to wait a while, and then hijack the RetroVision name again, despite previous talks about how it might cause a confusion between your show and the yearly retro event with the same name?

Oh ParaPara, Don't be raggin' on the black folks. Sure, What passes for Mass media consumption "rap" is a travesty, but I'd wager the underground has some smooth grooves that still tell it real, and live that life where the radio plays the good stuff. You're trying to convince the guy who...

Re: SID used in Carpark North radio hit?
I agree, it doesn't sound like SID. More like a Gameboy, like you said.
And I also agree with Lagerfeldt, it does sound cool, but the song over all was a bit meh.

"it's old technology - of course you can do it with modern technology" says he Right. And this simplicity in replicating old technology with modern technology is the reason there are so many great Roland TB-303 clones that sound exactly the same as the original. This is of course also the...

I don't want to start another offense again because some misunderstandings from you. I was just my free mind. Such things can be regulated in privacy, just my opinion. And I think the specified user will now have learned his lesson. Another reason to make some WIP tracks "excusive" for re...

Re: 'djbalor' caught stealing C64 remixes
I'm sorry that I didn't understand what's happened here at first but it was just an example. And I'm sorry for the artists which was affected by this tragedy. My comment was just meant as sarcasm about that. I don't really care if my stuff would also be affected because the source of every song and...

Re: 'djbalor' caught stealing C64 remixes
Seems that they even forgot to steal my megamixes. Maybe they was to big. Seriously. Even in this thread you manage to squeeze in a plug for your own stuff. Do you seriously think everyone who wasn't ripped off should go ahead and say that here? Or should we start listing everything DjBalor didn't ...
