I think that is other (one more) reason of SlayRadio popularity, namely that the whole RKO'n'Remix64 community is complementaring this station. I've sold hercules and bought EMU1616 (more mobile :) PCMCIA card. It's pretty stable.
The only troublesome thing is that i had to buy at the same time PCI adapter of PCMCIA cards -
but there wasn't any problems with installation both (EMU and adapter) on the desktop.
