Is this the way to Hammer Villa

First beat Man City, then destoryed Aston Villa... Bring on the Quarter Finals at home against Arsenal! Three games off Europe

Gerrin there!!!!

When the day is dawning
On a frosty Wednesday morning
I switch on the tv
Look North says the Rovers have scored three
We've put out the Villa
Man City too
So watch out Arsenal
Cos we're coming for you

Chorus:
Is this the way to hammer Villa
Every night I've been hugging my pillow
Dreaming dreams of Donny Rovers
And the goals they score for me

We showed you how to hammer Villa
O'Leary's weeping like a willow
Cyring over ref's decisions
And the Rovers' victory

(Verse 2)
See the joy it's bringing
Macca's scored and now Belle Vue's singing
Thornton scored a screamer
And now everyone's a believer!

With a goal from Heff'nan
Fed by Lewis Guy
We rocked the Villa
They witnessed it on sky (aye)

(Repeat chorus)

Sha la la la la la la la Rovers!
Sha la la la la la la la Rovers!
Sha la la la la la la la Rovers!
And the goals they score for me!

And the way Arsenal are playing so unpredictably at the moment, you might well have a chance of witnessing another giant killing. I saw the game against Villa on Sky and you slaughtered them. At least we took you to extra time and penalties LOL.

Hopefully that one will be on Sky so I can cheer you guys on - make a nice change for someone other than the big two winning stuff!

It is on sky my friend.

What an unreal season eh? Penney won manager of the month, winning performance of the month and this tremendous cup run! Last time we reached this stage i was just 3!

I'm afraid they'll field a depleated side though.. 18-22 yr olds but none the less i'm feeling way proud to be a doncastrian today!

Shame about the league, Barrow won their FA game without a manager and a goalkeeper 8) and then we showed old Gascoigne where to shove it :)

Well after today I can certainly vouch for that. After not scoring in the last two home games, Man City go and stuff Charlton 5-2 with a great performance. Cue chants of "we want six!" from me at the end..

"Oh Andy Cole, you're not M****h anymore.." ;)
