RKO voting problem

"Rock'n Roll (High Score Remix)" and "Usagi Yojimbo (mando mix)" voting boxes won't properly. 'Invalid tune number'

additionally, i noticed that the number of votes is obviously not counted properly. there's always one smiley more in the distribution-section than the displayed number of votes in the text shows.

Assuming we're talking about the display on the RKO list, it grabs the ratings and vote totals from Remix64 every 15 minutes.

The two 'invalid tune number' bugs have been forcing a rko->r64 update, btw.

It takes about half an hour for your vote to have an effect on the charts. So any discrepancies between the displays at the charts and the info pages are only temporary.
