There are some really bad grammatical errors in the text (and the TV and guy are stuck on). It can't be from a real article.

And the "teletype" :) -Interface is also stuck on.
Come on, it says "created this model to illustrate", so it can't be a real photo of an existing computer, it's a collage to show how one will look like in the year 2004. Apart from they were obviously completely wrong, it must be looking fake of course.
As I'm german I can't find the grammatical errors, but I'm really curious !?

Well... ;)

"...to illustrate how a 'home computer' could look like in..."
Should be either:
"...to illustrate what a 'home computer' could look like in..."
or
"...to illustrate how a 'home computer' could look in..."

There is a comma missing after "However" and after "Also".

If I'm being picky, "the needed technology" should really be "the necessary technology".

"...computer will require not yet invented technology to actually..."
The whole sentence is a bit messy (too long), and could do with a re-write, but this part should be either:
"...computer will require not-yet-invented technology to actually..." (not ideal)
or
"...computer will require technology not yet invented to actually..."
or even better
"...computer will require technology that is yet to be invented to actually..."

"... scientific progress is expected to solve these problems."
should be:
"...scientific progress is expected to have solved these problems."

As this is a description, and not marketing blurb, "With teletype interface..." should be "With a teletype interface..."
