Despite being a Teesside the whole Parmo thing is lost on me because I'm a vegetarian. However I agree Romeo Knight should be able to do what ever he wants with his schnitzel (within reason of course)
Schnitzel is traditionally tenderized veal coated with breadcrumbs - obviously quite different from the parmo. Of course you can drown both menus in all kinds of stuff - given enough sauces, there won't be much difference after all.
I don't get the references, and Battered Schnitzel looks nice, but I know what I like, and what I like is remixes that sound like the original (if I've heard it) or that have the indefinable "it" factor (if I haven't heard the original).
As to judging? Don't ask me man, I just listen. And I'd like to say to all musicians in this thread, You make 'em, I'll download 'em!

It's a good guide, but we are not really talking about reviews.. We are talking about SHOUTS! - It's much of a difference.
Everyone can be more consise with a review but when it comes to shout.. It's a matter of a one sentence affair and it's hard to be constructive or the other extreme in one sentence.
Like in real life.. a shout is what it is..."It's good!", "it's not so good". You can't do much with a shout!

Well, you can "Let it all out" (Tears for Fears) or "Come on now" (Lulu)
