Why not do a test with the original sid stuff ripped and then put in the reworked when they get finished?

Smila has sent me over the first set of GFX, so heres what we have so far.
Tunnel/workhole gfx-effect is a WIP but you get the idea.
Cockpit screen FUZZ scrolls
The hard work is upto you guys with the music - Id love to see a SID and a "remake" version.........

Ah - also programmed in BlitzMax not Blitz3D as previously mentioned by Smila, does mean we can have Win, Mac and at a push Linux flavours.

Is it easy to add several tracks (mp3, mod's etc) and assign them to a key like F1 F2 and so on to chose track or a mousepress on a image in blizmax?
I have downloaded a demo of it to check it out, gonna try learning how to make something

BlitzMax is a very simple language to learn and use BUT for what your asking todo there I'd suggest MMF2 which gives instant results in a very short space of time.
With MAX you have to program your own GUI etc, whereas MMF2 is completely GUI orientated.

Ok
I am trying MMF2 also and it looks nice, need to dig into that alittle more

Re: Delta Mix-e-Load....Here's a thought......
If you dont need the music in a midi file wouldnt it just be easier to load up the mix-e-load in vice, mute the voices and do a record what you hear for all the different presets?

...and then you could actually use Melodyne to get midi if needed...dan gillgrass wrote:If you dont need the music in a midi file wouldnt it just be easier to load up the mix-e-load in vice, mute the voices and do a record what you hear for all the different presets?
