C64 Take-away 044 is out!
Good news, Everyone!
Makke and I are back for another co-hosted episode, this time bringing you no less than three tunes from the "Sounds of SceneSat" compilation, along with some other remixes, and a great SID tune by AMJ. Plus, we catch up on whats been happening in the world of C64-related music during the past six months. Also, I try to stop talking about Twitter.
Free download available from the iTunes Store or directly from http://c64takeaway.com/

Re: C64 Take-away 044 is out!
It's the first release since October '08.
In addition to the Xbox that I blame for the delay on the show, there's also been a couple of other developments on the personal front that mean less time for podcasting. I have no idea how people with normal lives on the side find time to do weekly shows.

Re: C64 Take-away 044 is out!
I've got the same amount of spare time as before. I'm just spending less of it on C64-related activities. The aforementioned Xbox (Fallout 3 FTW! ) and piano being just two of those. Also, I'm getting more reading done and spending more time with the family.Analog-X64 wrote:I need to analyze and find out why I dont have as much time as I had before I got married.

I enjoyed my cupful of banter, thank you very much!
Can't get in to comment at the Takeaway site, tried 2 browsers, the "comments" page won't come up, just times out for me.
Max Headroom, cool.

Unfortunately Ziphoid's been having some issues with the server over the past couple of days. Good thing the sites on it are scheduled to be moved to a new chunk of hardware soon.RobinsonMason wrote:Can't get in to comment at the Takeaway site, tried 2 browsers, the "comments" page won't come up, just times out for me.

Yeah, there will be a move soon, but that will be pretty transparent. I just have to get some proper structure in place first.Jan Lund Thomsen wrote:Unfortunately Ziphoid's been having some issues with the server over the past couple of days.
