Yup, it's pathetic. You should see the lengths he goes to to try and post these things. The last show he tried this for got maybe three listeners peak, according to the watchers who know. GEMA are tracking him down now anyway. I bet he's illegal enough to have given a false address on his website, as if that's a clever and smart thing to do, instead of something which puts him on a par with stock dumping scams and viagra sellers.

Interesting what you're thinking about our listener stats which is absolutely bigger than your informations, wherever you got it from (surely not from our pages). Maybe from your "friends" or those you're thinking they are?

And what's your problem with the adress even when we're moving or playing legal stuff instead of commercial like "Mad World"? - Remember that I'm still owning this nice sample from the show.

This is an open platform for everyone and you're not determinating alone even making regulations to me. The stuff from all websites we get was mainly payed and the rest is free like on the whole R64 site. We're not earning money if them when we got valunter donations. And I didn't begun the fight, I offered discussions a very long time. If you have a problem with me or one of us...if someone else has it, just ignore me instead of telling lies and rumors which cames from the whole SLAY staff. Maybe I mustn't defence every time then and there's much more peace around here.

My problem, and I'm willing to state it here, having talked to you at great length and been entirely sympathetic is that:

a) You're a sad spammer, who uses deceit and spammer tricks to get your pathetic message across
b) You're a sociopath
c) You're dishonest and aggressive
d) You're breaking the law
e) You're delusional
f) You think of no one but yourself, and no one's happiness but your own.

No one wants you here, and no one cares about your one-man-wannabe-Don-Quixote grudges.

I spent large amounts of my time and energy making myself look stupid helping you out, and you utterly betrayed my trust and attacked the people I care about. Why should I help out your radio station? Does he mean you calling people a twat on BBB? I think what we have here is a terminal sense of humour problem, coupled with the blissful ignorance of the fact that 311 users tune in every week for the privilege of being called a twat by Boz IT'S A JOKE THE LISTENERS ARE IN ON!

Incidentally, I have told you before: all permissions you have to play any material from the CDs has been revoked: even if you did pay for the CDs, it doesn't give you broadcasting rights. You forfeited any privileges you had on this message board or with CD tracks when you started to act like a psycho-stalker-spamming-asshole to try and upset my friends.

You can't expect agreements to stand when you indulge in evil and twisted behaviour (to which there are loads of witnesses, btw).

Sorry but I didn't have the chance to clarify some things with the concerned peoples if my account was deleted after short time and that's what's making me so furiously and sometimes I'm loosing my control about it.

Most people know that I'm not meaning everything personally what I say even if I'm using offenses against those trying this to me.

I'm very surprised that Boz finally giving me an useful and decent answer about the things I heard before from his side.

Due to my limited english vocabulary I couldn't check everything I heard but I tried and everytime I did this, I was kicked out so I must believe that's no false assumptions. It's the first step to think about it for me and those giving me this information. But my thrust is destroyed as well as many other thinks happening in the last weeks and months here.

My offical statement is that I don't wanna be convicted for thinks I've never done and I want to be accepted like other users too.

It's up to you whether you can try it with me or not. If not, you know how to press the right button in your control center. Or we re-try with a new beginning at least for those able to conversate with me like normal humans, see Vosla, which is the only thing I want.

Maybe then my humanitarianism against some users will change then immediately and I don't must convict someone for wrong and they don't for me.

Regarding the CD-Thing I only can say, that I'm not playing and CD stuff at the moment. Naturally I don't have the full control about what people are choosing from our playlist during our show but 95% from this tracks are absolutely free for download and the rest was music we paid for (so called GEMA-Free Music which was played in Micha's Show) and there's enough companies around here offering that.

But I will personally phone with GEMA on Monday to clarify some things, even the adress thing. I don't think that I'm obligated to give my full personal datas in the internet because they was enough misusuage in the last mounth and even those I didn't want like phone calls from telephone or lotto companies and even financial fraud in one case.

It's not that simple, I'm afraid: it's not only the commercial CD tracks I have jurisdiction over at GEMA, but everything from Rob Hubbard, Martin Galway, Fred Gray, Matt Gray, Ben Daglish, David Whittaker, Richard Joseph, Paul Norman and the Mighty Bogg, whether it's "freely downloadable" or not. RKO has special dispensation in writing from me to distribute those tracks, as does HVSC and Slay Radio. You do not. However, if you buy a licence from GEMA, I then cannot legally stop you from broadcasting those tracks, within the limits of the GEMA broadcasting licence (which would stop you broadcasting entire albums, for instance). Although I could still technically stop you from broadcasting the CD tracks even then, since there's different rights involved.

As for full address: it's a legal obligation to give full and proper details when you register domains. To do otherwise is illegal.

You did everything we accused you of: we have multiple witnesses and multiple proofs. The correct word here is "sorry", and the correct action is "don't do it again". I don't live in immense amounts of hope.

As for deleted accounts, accounts which are signed up for with false pretenses and comments such as "Slay Radio Suxx" or other personal comments directed towards Ziphoid and Boz breach both their human rights and the rules of this board. We have decided to allow you to have this conversation so that future generations can make up their own minds about what went on here. But you are NOT welcome to post as if you hadn't launched vicious attacks against members of this community.

Jokes are NOT a valid excuse to start a war, whether you're a radio station owner or an entire religion. Jokes are just jokes. You complain about them, get on with your life, and (if you have caused the jokes by your own behaviour), modify your behaviour accordingly. Every single active member of this board has tried to help you at some point or another, and you have metaphorically spit in the face of each one.
