If you are the author of such a remix and would like to challenge that flagging, you can contact us directly via Remix64's Contact page.

Email issues with the site
It has come to our attention that folks who have recently tried to register at Remix64 have not been receiving registration confirmation emails. Similarly, password reset emails have gone missing, too. If this happened to you (and you checked your spam folder, too) and you are still unable to login with your member credentials, contact us directly or ping us on Discord.
Mastertronic C64 Remixes
The Mastetronic Collectors Archive just posted a very nice article by Warren Pilkington (Waz) in which he picked 10 great, freely available RKO remixes of tunes that originally appeared in games published by Mastertronic. This is the first of several articles to come on the topic. Head over to their website to read part 1.

Cinematic 64
by Slaygon
Slaygon: An attempt to create a cinematic soundscape that I would enjoy hearing on a somewhat dark type of movie. Perhaps that would tickle your ears too.
The title of the songs tells it, or rather wants you to imagine it, while the songs themselves explain the feeling in that part of the story I felt while imagining it. In short, this is the story I had in my head while making these:
ARRIVAL (Driller) - The arrival of them seemed grandiose and somewhat of a hopeful idea at first, but very soon there were doubts.
THE FIGHT (Rambo) - The obviously good things they claimed they came offering started cracking under any sort of scrutiny, but we are gullible people. The call for a fight against this tyranny begins here. Call to arms as it were. We have a few encounters with the Arrivals, most of which end badly. We are still united and will not stand for this.
AFTERMATH (Deliverance) - The first major attempts at rising up against the Arrivals has failed, and we have massive losses on a planetary scale. It all went so quick. No communication with other parts of the world. At most, your locals that have HAM radios. We thought they were here to save us, embraced them. How could we have let this happen? Our children are dead in the streets now. The pain screams through the night, while our haunted minds recall our loved ones.
THE DARK DAYS (Aztec Challenge) - We see how The Arrivals have devastated everything. We organize. We find pockets of resistance. We will fight with everything we have. We find our strength in the dark recesses of our minds. We organize and attack everything we can, as long as it makes them pay for our losses. Sometimes chaotic, every so often organized and devastating.
THE LOSS (Opus II) - We organized and attacked. We failed. We had everything going for us, yet were out manned, outgunned and then overrun. We lost so many. All now seems pointless and a lost cause. But because we are humans, we do not lose hope. We strive for hope. We fight. Forever. Even in the face of total devastation, our world falling apart, we go forward.
THE MANTRA (Mutants) - We have stopped imagining ourselves as anything other than entities taking revenge. We now live and breathe the mantra that is easily conveyed by simple ostinato's that translates to I will kill you
and I will take revenge
and variations thereof. There is a re-ignition of fighting spirit among the remaining populous after a horrendous act by the opposition.
THE CHASE (Knucklebusters) - The tables have now turned. WE FOUND YOU BASTARDS. We are coming for you with all we got. We throw everything in there, all be damned. We have had enough of all of this! We have now retaken control in most places! We are now at your tail, we will throw everything we have at you to make you go away!
Amberstar - Mysty Orc Fanfares
Arranged by Zzr
Zzr used Buzz as far as i know and im glad people do that. the music is build from scratch and sounds nostalgic. no harmony errors were done and the mastering (or lets call it leveling the channels) is nice and smooth. it could be a little faster for my taste but not everything can be at 2million bpm i actualy enjoy this tune more then the orginal for the moment good work as allways
