ROTY - Remixer Of The Year 2023

aka The Year of Glyn R Brown

SLAY Radio kicked off the Remixer Of The Year 2023 show on 24th February 2024, hosted by Ziona, Slaygon and Boz. Adorned with lovely visuals, ROTY results were embedded within the traditional rundown of 2023's monthly highlights.

The night's first prize, for Best Newcomer, was awarded to Mattias Brian.
The trophy for Best Veteran went to Glyn R Brown for the 3rd time!
The Best Amiga Remix of 2023 is Battle Squadron - HiScore (Encore500) by Tomsk.
Glyn R Brown also won Best c64 Remix with his Mr Danko's Opus
The newly introduced Special Achievement award went to Eivind Sommersten and Tony Wirén aka fluke73 for being prolific remixers in 2023 (with 24 and 23 high quality releases, respectively), and in general for being very active on and supportive of the remix scene.
Finally the BIG award also went to Glyn R Brown, who is now Remixer of the Year 2023!
