Bubble Bobble (Live!) - arranged by Hampshire Regional High School

Review by bruce, 15/10/2003

This is fantastic! I laughed my head off the first time I heard this. Imagine Bubble Bobble played live by a Salvation Army band and you're getting close. Not a great recording, nor great technically, but top marks for the arrangement, the originality and simply having the nerve to make this happen!

Speedball - arranged by Clayton and Stafford Marsland

Review by bruce, 26/05/2003

Starts off with an easy listening test card music style, lulling you into a false sense of chilled out mood music before launching into an all out manic speedball frenzy - waking you up with a punch in the face. Just as you enter a lighter moment, and are recovering with a few seconds rest from your rude awakening, you are then smacked with another full-on dose of speedball. This pattern continues throughout the song.

This is a fantastic remix which captures the manic nature of the original perfectly, and enhances it to new levels. A couple of wrong notes are easily ignored as you are taken on this crazy roller coaster ride.

Turn up the volume nice and loud for this one!
