I don't care how well mixed this is, the idea just doesn't work. Trying to do Speedball in a Happy Hardcore style just distances itself so emotionally from the original, and there's just a mishmash of percussion which dominates the thing. Doesn't work.
This just goes on my nervs to be honest, and the original does imho not give enough material for a six and a half minute remix. I guess some people will love this, but I don't.
Boring as hell, long and that lead is really gets on my nerves
Somebody just got themselves a new sequencer?
The style is okay with me, sounds like good old 1994 stuff. But this simply lacks. The drums work well enough, but the chosen synths are just plain boring. The 303 saves it from being average.
Bland with a capital "B"
Brainless with a capital "U"!
Nothing special to see here, folks. Please move on...
Not my style too and sorry: on the trechnical side I disliked the whole track.
No way for my taste as well! Sorry! Doesn't fit for me either!!!!!:-(
Where is the "vs. " part?
Niceone :)
Some good ideas, bad executed. WRONG harmonies!
It just doesn't work.
Great
I could play at "Speedball 360" with this music
Great for nostalgic, not great for technic and audio
Some good moments, but average on the whole.
A bit noisy, but really cool in some part, almost the best Speedball rmx
Too loud for my taste. The speed is Ok for a speedball remix, but the sounds are too hard.
Woah! Thats just an incredible fantastic sound and timing!
Rocks
I downloaded this a couple of years back and have to say that not only does it ROCK, we've even played it in Goth/Industrial clubs and people love dancing to it too.

Overall rating

I think this track is getting alot of bad press here for whatever reason.

I play this track sometimes in clubs in England and people love it - simple as that. It's also part of my workout set.

Yeah it's somewhat cliche'd but they do it well and obey the rules of the genre.

And while the granular ratings of it's Technical Merit, Artistry and Nostalgia don't add up to top marks, on the whole this tune ROCKS and I love it!
