Arkanoid is a popular tune to remix. This remix suffers in my taste from being too close to the original. A lot of the original SID sound is applied, but it has been done earlier. So it is hard to discerne what the remixer is adding to the general song except a bit of extra instruments to add to the overall soundscape. In the end it is a quite dull remix to my taste, particularly because I've heard so many other 'Noid remixes - so a new one has to put a certain spin on it that I haven't heard before. People all new to arkanoid remixes might rate different than I. From earlier with other songs I think that FTC can do well.

The usual arkaniod, but with a difference. There's enough new elements to warrent another outing. FTC doesn't actually remix the sid so to speak, but actually tries to re-invent it to some extent.

Part sid sound part ambience. i found this version very creative and adds a new flavour to a track which i think has lost it's sell by date!

The echo chamber quality of the lead makes me believe this remix was recorded
in a huge ice cavern, while the supporting instruments sound tube-like to me.
Until the middle of the remix when it does a strange switch to a quite
different set. This switcharoo left me confused and dazed. I think what this
remix misses is direction.

I appreciate new views of songs - even quite strange attempts like this - the original flair was gone, but overall it feels good. I can not describe my feelings, but somehow this track touched me.

There are some crackles and a noticeable background noise at the end of the track and of course I miss mp3-tags (Jan, just press alt & 3 in winamp)

I'm not sure what Nostalgic Impression really means… the quality of nostalgic seems a bit odd to me - maybe someone can explain that to me, but it does not count for my voting anyways.
