Story

I was asked by Mr. Kwed to make a 2017 version of this tune, and this time I tried to make something housey (or at least something that had an uptempo dress). In my previous, old remix of Special Agent I chucked in a lot of voice samples that I had laying on my hard drive, and the most prominent one was a singing voice that I remember Altern8 used in their song Activ8 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S23dIXK-TEw). I thought that it would be nice to re-incorporate that sample in my new version (really can't say why), but of course I had deleted the original files. So, a google venture revealed that Altern8 sampled the artist Peech Boy with their song Don't make me wait. So, I fired up the audio ripper and got the same old sample I used previously and well… there you go. For those of you that like to dance away to an old C64-tune, here you go 😊
