io voglio crederci
io aspetto un'altra vita
risorgeranno i sogni che ormai non vivo più

il sole nascerà davanti alle mie braccia
riscalderà quel freddo che c'è dentro di me

libera adesso sono libera
vento ma senza una nuvola
come la terra gravita
e sempre torno a te

ENGLISH VERSION

i can't stay here anymore
still on your picture
crying for you that are not here
while the life inside me floods away

I've been looking for you for centuries
and I've lost you in a second
dream of a dream that I already know
where my only light is obscurity

I want to believe in it
I wait for another life
resurfacing the dreams that I don't live anymore

the sun will be born again in front of my arms
it will warm the cold inside me

free, now I'm free
wind without a cloud
like the earth I gravitate
and I always return to you

why don't you turn back, why do you go away from me
why don't you cry, and it's me who cries for you
why are you leaving me, you leave me and go away
why do you kill me?

this difficult life
scratches even the soul
it is not possibile for me
to delete those days spent with you

and I fly free between the sky and the atmosphere
like a rain that will never fall for eternity
the sun will be born again in front of my arms
it will warm the cold inside me

free, now I'm free
code without a logic
a magic lantern
and I always see you

why don't you turn back, why do you go away from me
why don't you cry, and it's me who cries for you
why are you leaving me, you leave me and go away
why do you kill me?

Fantastic remix, well done NJoy - Mesa liking dees!
Nice summer sound
I love music from n-joy
This can compete in radio TOP10!
Best Song Ever.
The most engaging arrangement I've ever heard in the C64 scene!
Agree with fastrobplus!:)
This is full of style.
Simona rules! Added to my collection.
Man, I loved the telephone vocal in the beginning. And then it only gets better. Fabolous stuff.
It sounds like music track for telenovel, it is cute and thats all
It's exactly *PERFECT* it's not in english! Superb
Never too late to vote on an awesome track ;)
Ic3m4n: Amen to that!:)
I usually prefer instrumental remixes but in this case the singing turns a very good remix into one that is absolutely beautiful and I applaud the use of Italian. Absolutely wonderful and very professional.
This one left me speechless... Great work, incredibile! 1000 Grazie!
2004 eh.. Well sheeet. This may not be perfect as far as tastes go but production wise it's one of the most outstanding tracks you'll ever hear on here, well done.
Classic
Very good idea, not really good equalization but it's ok in general
Fantastic job from NJoy and Simona. One of my all time favourites

This revolutionary tune by my deadly friend NJoy (a really solid producer) is heavily and heavenly based on the works of Seneca The Old (Seneca il Vecchio), former father of Lucio Anneo Seneca, and, expecially, on his marble pack.

After studying all his operas and the rethoric works of Fabiano Papirio, Njoy came up with a lyrics text very hard to be surpassed.

According to my (anonymous but very reliable) sources in the Latinorium Academia, the arrangement is a nice variation of the typical NJoy style, mediterranean-melody string, under the sea allusions, complex drumming from a last generation Casiotone synth, and the lead character wonderfully sustained by the nicest, sexiest and bigsized boobies girl i know in the south of italy, the mystical DJ Poah.

State of the art mastering tied with an illuministic vision of his underwear, NJoy managed again to give us an unforgettable rendition of a C64 tune (he only misses a bit of danish-producing competence to feel a little less idiot, but he's on the right path).

BTW: this is the last r64 remix from njoy ever. The same goes with me and my marbleish pack.

Un buon lavoro, ben arrangiato, neanche una nota fuoriposto e alla faccia degli strumenti un po' limitati ai quali pero' e' stata spremuta anche l'ultima goccia di suono.
Ben fatto.

(A very good work, well done!)

This is just amazing! I must admit I donot remember the original SID track too much but this remix is just incredible!

Only thing is I would love to hear this with English lyrics not being able to understand a word she is singing

Still, this is just superb! Top marks to N-Joy for the production and Simona for amazing vocals!

This is not his best work, so I can't vote for "outstanding"
It's very solid, but I miss the final "kick".

What a pity, this is the last remix he or DHS will ever made * extremly sad *
We will miss your spirit and at least there is hope, you will deceide for a "comeback"

I said to myself, many many years back before the cover scene even really started, this track could be so damn good in a professional music sense with someone overlaying vocals onto it. It may well have taken 15 years for it to actually happen, but the waiting is the best part of it. The result in itself is absolutely brilliant. Notwithstanding this is one of my favourite MoN tracks to begin with, but it retains the sparkle and altruistic impact of the original melody all of the way through.

The fact in the end the lyrics are not in English was a little surprising. Either way, they work, and that's the most important thing. The actual meaning of the words, given the handy translation here, are also of a similar theme to which I would hope they would have been given all that time ago.

If this is to be N-Joy's last work, then what a work to finish on...

If I wasn't married myself, I'd envy N-Joy for being married with Simona. ;-)

BTW, my wife said, this sounds like T.A.T.U. in Italian, great work! Give us more of that!!!
